Can’t even load
The loading screen flickers and the app behaves like it’s crashed. I’ve deleted and reinstalled- not great when I’m supposed to be organising my child’s life in term time on this

Just one small problem - you cant open the app
The app either constantly crashes or when it loads, complains it can’t load organisations on a red error message on top thats truncated. Can someone pay some good software developers to actually make it work please? Its been like this for 6 months, I don’t know how any school using this is coping with the inflow of complaints! Terrible!

Unable to book essential childcare due to app crashing - plus no basics like card memory or autofill make this a painful experience even on the few occasions it does work. I have lodged complaint with school to find another provider
Really really terrible.
As if parenting wasn’t challenging enough, having to navigate the illogical IA and clumsy UX patterns of this app just adds an extra layer of daily confusion and irritation. The worst part is that its use is decided by the school, meaning there is no option but to keep grinding away. Spend less time making a random new app icon (which just created further cognitive load) and more time doing some usability testing and optimisation, please.

Absolutely rubbish. Glitches every time I use it. Unable to book any fun events for my daughter as this is the only app they use.

This app is the worst school app we have ever used, it crashes all the time, its full of bugs its so bad to use as a parent.. I hope that out school listens to the parents and scraps this app.

The idea is excellent, however with three children this app is a mess.

Pages won’t load so can’t book session
This is useless! Pages won’t load so can’t book wrap around care sessions.
Awful but forced to use it
No facial recognition and auto card fill. Basic things that apps have. The links to book things don’t work. Not ideal when you’re a working parent trying to sort out holiday childcare.
Full of bugs
The previous version was much better.
This one doesn’t work properly:
- getting a blank screen
- being logged out despite ticking the box to stay logged in for 30 days
- sometimes impossible to download pdf files uploaded by the school.
It is very time consuming and therefore not helping parents.
