Impossible to know how to use it
As a parent, this app is absolutely impossible to use. I spend ages trying to figure out what something is called or where to find it. And simple actions like marking a kid absent takes WAY too many clicks.

Doesn’t work
This is absolutely the worst app to connect parents to schools. It straight up does not work.
Horrible
The app rarely works, my children hate it, and their teachers hate it. Riddled with technical glitches, bugs, and teachers struggle with using it. Other apps are not nearly so buggy.
Horrible app
This app is so hard for students to use. It is so confusing, and it doesn’t work properly. Things keep on getting deleted and it is affecting our grades.
Not functional / disappointing
App does not allow me to communicate with my child’s teacher for the current year only from last year. I mentioned the problem to the school, they said they told the app but still no solution or help.
