Horrible new layout
The new layout is awful. The app was fantastic, 5 stars. Now it’s not even worth using. Please bring the old layout back!
Nice content, but the ads are extremely intrusive!
Nice eclectic mix of subjects. Ads are intrusive and will not allow you to return to the article. Had to delete the app. Very annoying.
Latest update was a downgrade
The most recent update, while it added dark mode, was a downgrade in functionality and usability.
We lost swipe navigation and easy reading of headlines. It feels clunky to navigate, having to use two hands to find that damn back button.
The headline text cuts off at the fifth word on my 13 mini, so I can barely read a headline.
The highlights scrolling section is so sensitive that I can’t scroll it, then it scrolls so fast I can’t read the headline any more.
Please bring back the old functionality and accessibility.

They’ve ruined the UI
They have totally altered the UI. Instead of being able to scroll through articles with complete headlines, they flash them by you with a truncated headline for a couple of seconds.
If I wanted prime video, I’d go to their app.
I have this app to *read* articles, not have images flashed at me. It’s just goofy.
As soon I find another one to replace it, I’ll delete this silly thing.
