It would be nice if the nutrition facts/calorie information updated with your order in the app

Add espresso option please
I would love it if I could add espresso shots to drinks on the app. I love the iced chai but it won’t let me add espresso like I can at the drive through. I prefer the convenience of the app and this is inconvenient.

the coffee is the most bitter disgusting thing i’ve ever tasted. 0/10 i would never try it again. Also the cold foam tastes like flavorless saw dust

2 they don’t make it until you get to the drive though very pointless approach of having a app
3 you’ll never know about the deals the stores around you do because the app only goes off of whatever lame deals they post but not what the local actually does so any BOGO past 5pm doesn’t apply and again you still have to go up there and wait for them to make the drink anyways so literally might as well not use the app since they give better deals in person. And they won’t adjust it if placed from the app and you see there’s a BOGO in place because the app didn’t say BOGO but the store does say it.

Won’t let you add extra flavor anymore
I have been getting the same drink for years, with extra vanilla, and now they removed the option online so I can’t order ahead anymore.
Birthday Smiles
I’ve usually have no trouble using the app since it’s pretty easy to use but just like every year went to get my birthday smiles for my birthday so I can get a drink and I wasn’t able too.

I was there the other day and the girl named Samantha had amazing costumer service. I will be coming back to this location.
Needs a few enhancements
For the most part the app is very good but there are a few things that would make it better. Biggest need: make a Favorites section so orders and reorders can be done more easily. Also need the option to order multiple flavors (at least up to 3) on the drinks. The Flavored Latte order section doesn’t have a place to add sweeteners. Your competitors are leaving you behind in these areas so please consider these enhancements!

Couldn’t create an account
I tried to create account but when I tried to click the link in my email it did nothing, it would not let me sign in, I did this 4 times just for it to not work
Good but needs more
The app does the job but I feel like it’s missing things like a way to go to a previous order and add an item from the transaction to your cart. It also needs a button to make items a favorite to make it easy to order in no time!

Please allow for favorites and rework rewards, 4 drinks in one visit is still a visit , maybe you should consider rewarding those a bit more
Broken
I was using it for months on my iPhone, when it suddenly stopped logging in automatically. I’ve tried logging in with my email address and it says the password needs reset. I have it send the link to reset, and when I try to do it I get response that the link expired, even when I try it within a couple minutes. I tried deleting app and reinstalling twice already

Father’s Day BOGO
App not working.
Hate the app
I have tried for an hour to get this stupid app to work, even adding $25 to my funds thinking that would make it work. Maybe because it’s Fathers Day BOGOF but no joy. Can’t delete cuz they have my $25!!!!

You place your order and everything then when you try to pay it just keeps saying something went wrong
App fails, on report missing smiles option.
Store 159 in Lincoln the employees are really great. Unfortunately the WiFi is weak and often I have to go in store or get the WiFi to work. They also have problems with the scanners system. I bought a drink when the system was down so the app didn’t work. So I paid with cash and got my receipt. Entered the payment with receipt data. Needless to say no credit for app s lies or trip count. Big fail!!!

Great not perfect
Love the app. Very convenient. There is one feature I need: favorite orders. I order the same thing almost every time I go, and sometimes I’m in a hurry. It’d be great if I could add my order to a favorites tab and quickly “add to order” and check out within seconds. Aside from that, I have no notes!

They used to not expire your points you earned and now they have changed it up to where you have to spend a lot monthly to earn anything. What’s earned is earned. Cabelas and other place’s don’t expire points. It’s a joke and their products are pricey as is. The place is my go to for coffee I’ll give them
