The main use of the app is to upload photos of homes, yet it only allows photo uploads on WiFi.
It’s 2024, uploading photos on 5g is common place for apps.

Would really love a desktop version, would make things easier in the office
This is not vendor friendly or small business friendly
I’d rate 0 stars if I could This makes my job harder. For one thing I don’t know about any other vendor using this app but I had to learn this on my own without any help from anyone. It was like being thrown in the deep end of the pool & saying sink or swim If I have to scope the job I have to check in & out like a time clock which I do not get paid for as a vendor. Trying to take pictures & describing the problem, of the house that needs to be worked on & out top of pricing does not work In between getting kicked out of the app because there is NO WIFI!
We are in homes that are not occupied so of course there is no WiFi so that takes even more of my time trying to get scope. Once I finally get it scoped after going through details on location measurements
Adding prices & what notes & pictures RQ
I send to the RM after he goes through the scope & sends back an email (which helps to gives my workers) they are very vague on where certain things need to be done
& this takes time & costly mistakes
On my end Also the picture quality is awful it blows the camera up to either you cannot see it on the camera so yojj in step back to far & cannot see the actual problem when you click on the picture you cannot open it up it is very small & actually is pointless in my opinion
The big issue for me as well is this cannot be worked on a computer which I do all my billing & record keeping I cannot any more I cannot print out a work order if I need a copy to leave & it is not compatible with my QuickBooks or any other accounting programs that a vendor can use. So it makes more work for me as a business owner
Until things change to make this more vendor friendly I feel it is just going to be more harder & costly to work with & have charge more for overhead to hire extra people to do extra work to get it completed
It all looks good on for the white collar worker but this is not blue collar friendly
