Inability to find bank

I am disappointed with the customer service experience. I have been repeatedly highlighting an issue regarding the inability to find C24 Bank in your list of supported banks. This problem has persisted for several months, yet there appears to be no clear intention or timeline for resolving it.

Whenever I contact support, I do not receive a specific explanation for the issue or any clarity on when it will be resolved. I would appreciate a transparent update and a concrete resolution to this matter.

Annoying bugs, not really usable

The app is essentially unusable due to persistent bugs. Adding a new recipient doesn’t work, after tapping save, the sheet closes and the list remains empty with no explanation.

It gets worse during transfers: I enter recipient details, proceed through the flow, and only at the final step does the app claim the recipient isn’t verified then deletes all the information I just entered. After repeating this 5-6 times, it’s beyond frustrating.

This feels less like a minor glitch and more like a broken core feature.

Slow transfer process

I tried to transfer 500 euros in the morning at 8 am , while transferring the amount it was written it will arrived in 3 hours but now already the 10 hours have been passed still my funds are not transferred
In the application it’s showing that transfer is in process but on my email it’s showing that your transfer has been failed and the amount is already debited from my German bank.
I don’t know what to do now . I have already contacted support team still my problem hasn’t been resolved

Absolutely love this app so far and their customer service is really great. Before it used to take time to finish the transaction but now their update gets the transactions done easily.

Easy and fast

I Never expected to get such a good transfer amount from this app compared to others. As well there was problem with the bank but i had a conversation with the customer care the problem was resolved but it takes 2days. I would recommend this. Happy customer

Best App for NRI- 0 charge and extra money

Bad Support

I am very disappointed with ScopeX Money Transfer. I referred my friend to their service, but I never received the promised €10 referral bonus. I have contacted their support multiple times regarding this, and their executive, Gayatri, only kept telling me that she would escalate the issue. For the last three days, I have been following up with her, but I have received no response. This kind of customer service is unprofessional and frustrating. If ScopeX cannot honor a small referral bonus, it raises serious concerns about their reliability.

Feels like Beta version

The app says we transfer within 30 mins or 2 days (SEPA). But it does not fulfil the promise always!!
2 of my transactions got cancelled. Reason: Unknown
I tried to change the address. But could not. Customer service said, you cannot change the name, number, email and address. And you cannot create a new account!!! What!!??? The team must look into this issue.

Congested UI+ Money displayed in scopex

The homescreen has congested view about the euro to inr view. Also some buttons are duplicated. The button is trimmed of iPhone SE 2nd gen screens.

Also the balance amount is shown on the scopex screen. Why? You just need an approval for transfer. You are accessing way too much user information.

Quick and Clear Resolution

Satisfied with the resolution and quick support. I highly recommend this app and stop using all rest methods as the rates are always higher than all other platforms. Also it takes 15-20 minutes in a normal scenario for the transfer. Thanks .

Surprisingly good

First thing - We can trust 100% this app with our money. Yes there are some delays/issues with the transactions sometimes but they are only technical issues which were sorted out within hours. The support staff is very friendly and helpful. Ultimately the best app in the market for remittance to India. Highest price is guaranteed!!

Mistakes are made, rather being frustrated to the team, better speak politely and encourage them to get rid of it. Transfer is easy

I’ve been using ScopeX on my iPhone to send money from Europe to India, and honestly, it’s been a smooth ride. The app is clean, simple to use, and I love that there are no hidden fees. What I see is what I pay.

The best part? The exchange rates are actually better than what I see on Google most days. I’ve used other apps before, but ScopeX feels faster and more transparent.

Only thing I’d say is that the app is still growing, so sometimes there are small bugs or wait times—but their support team has been helpful when I needed them.

If you send money home often like me, I’d definitely recommend giving ScopeX a try. It’s safe, easy, and does what it promises.

Bad experience with Scopex

A friend recommended me Scopex. While it’s giving the best value of Euro to INR, it started to look suspicious to me. I sent money on Tuesday, they say it will be transferred within one hour and in 2-3 days if there is some issue I still haven’t got it. It’s shows Transfer complete (On the way). The customer service said on Thursday that it will definitely be sent to me by Friday, but still nothing. I had a really bad experience and I will not recommend this.

Worst service and no customer care

I initiated a transaction on last Monday and it was showing 24-48 hrs to complete the transaction but till now the receiver didn’t got the money and it is showing that money is received in the ScopeX account. Then I tried to contact with their customer care but no response from their side also. I will not recommend this app at all because I was having emergency at my home and now my money got stuck and I don’t how I’m going to get my money back.
