Truly the worst app I’ve ever used

Tried for hours to redeem points to no avail. Chat assistant was useless and when I asked for a phone or email for further support they told me my only option was the app. Truly criminal and reporting this to the Consumer Protection Commission in the Bahamas. It’s clear that multiple users in the Bahamas have complained to no avail over the years — at this point it is criminal.

Need to be Fuxes

I was directed to this app from the Amex credit card section of the Scotiabank Caribbean app. However, I am unable to login because it keeps saying the cardholder name (my name) is invalid. This issue needs to be fixed. I see that this app has not been working for a few years. It does not reflect the high standards to which Scotiabank adheres. I rate the banking app quite highly, but this is a substandard product.

If there was a zero for an app, this would deserve it. Like everyone says, you do what is asked and still nothing happens. Royal waste of time and effort. Scotia, you can literally afford to do better!

Hasn’t worked in over two months

I download to app to redeem points. It tell me I don’t have scotia app when I do. Totally useless and support doesn’t seem to be in a hurry to fix it

Doesn’t work

I downloaded the app because it’s how to use my rewards and when I open it, it redirects me to website saying opening scotiabank app to authenticate. Then the website says I don’t have the scotia Caribbean app and I need to install it. But I have the app and I’m signed in on it. I have both rewards and bank app open and nothing. Ever works. Trying for over a week. Spoke to “alle” for help and just get the same response. She asks for a screen shot and there’s nowhere in the chat to send one. It’s pretty bad.

Does not work

This app has not worked since June 2024. Call and message the bank with no response.
Maybe they have not paid the developer to fix this issue

BROKEN!!

I am in the Bahamas. This app used to work well, but now when you enter, the initial authenticate using the scotia banking app fails each and every time. Even using Face ID it fails every time.

Very very frustrating , I am unable to spend the points I have earned.

Still not working

What’s the point of directing persons to an app that reviews show haven’t been working for over 2 years?!, the staff send emails on how to access it but clearly have no idea you can’t get past the log in.

The app was working fine now it’s saying the system is down for the past month I’m from the Bahamas it was working after the updated was done it stop can you fix it please I need to book my flights this is inconvenient for me

The Scotia Rewards app is horrible. Do not try redeeming points it is pointless.

App doesn’t work

I’ve been trying to get this app to work for the pass three years now and nothing. I’ve called my local bank and they seem to not know how to get it to work either. This is so inconvenient as a multiple credit card holder.

Bad execution. We need the website access back

I am surprised how bad this app is. It will not initialize even though I am a customer and have the Scotiabank app installed and working. I have had the app on my phone for months and it has never worked. I removed the app and reinstalled and it will will not integrate with my account.

Apple por favor deshabiliten al fabricante y al banco de esta aplicación, no sirve, abre brechas de seguridad en los iPhones y hacen fraudes a través de ella y el banco solo te bloquea las cuentas para cobrarte intereses y que no puedas hacer tus pagos

La aplicación no sirve

Soy cliente de Scotia, para que no vayan a responder mi reseña con su copy paste diciendo que solo funciona para clientes 🙂 y tampoco soy del Caribe. He estado intentando usar la aplicación desde hace más de 1 año y no sirve. Pésima aplicación.
