Don’t trust it

The old app was bad. Then they rewrote it and made it even worse. The new app fails on basic tasks like ending the rental, I was able to end the rental a few times without the doors locking. The only way to get the car to lock was to call customer support or use the membership card.

It’s really a shame because the service itself is quite useful.
