What’s the point?
A parent safe scouting training refers to this app as a tool to report safety incidents while scouting. It has no usable function other than displaying horizontal lines; not to mention filing reports.

Is this an active app? I just heard about it and thought I’d take a look.

This App Sucks!!!
I spent an hour writing up a report to have it disappear when the back button was pressed one too many times and there was no prompt to ask to save your work.
Other complaints are:
You cannot see anything in a text box that is not visible, so once you click out of the box you can’t go and edit or add things if the text is long and the boxes are super small
The app requires camera and location to run
There are too many boxes asking for similar information

Not working on latest iOS update
None of the search functions work anymore. Is iOS no longer being supported?
Hold Harmless
Have not used app for reporting as yet but seems like a great idea. How about adding Hold Harmless form. That would solve a huge problem a) form availability b) compliance
