Finally a simple version!
I downloaded a few different competitors, but finding this easily the best.
It does exactly what I want simply - you set your daily limit, and it sends you customisable reminders when you’ve reached 1hr, 2hrs etc. it also gives you historic stats, so you can track progress. Other more expensive competitors seem to want you to spend time on their apps, with leaderboards and gamification, therefore rather defeating the point…
I’ve already easily cut my phone time down by an hour since using this app.
Thanks to the developers!

The only one of its kind.
I spent hours upon hours trying to find an app that would send me alerts to update me on my screen time usage and none of them could do it. I even asked ChatGPT and it said it wasn’t possible in iOS but somehow these developers have managed it. I’ve used app blockers before and I still use one for TikTok & Reddit but I really wanted an app that could just keep me conscious of how much time I was spending on my phone without cutting off all access which is exactly what Inscreen does.
My only small bit of feedback would be that I wish you could turn off the option to strict block after your set time has run out. It’s easy to get around it by just putting your set time limit higher however, this skews the data in the ‘commitment graph’. I’d like to be able to set my time limit at 5hours, for example, then be notified that I’d hit my limit and then leave the choice up to me whether I want to keep things blocked or unblock them and ‘fail’ for that day. As I say though, this is only a small complaint because the app does everything I wanted it to do and the graph was a bonus feature for me anyway!
Thank you to the developers, your app deserves so much more recognition and I hope more people find it❤️

Completely inaccurate time tracking
Time spent on different apps is completely inaccurate. The app has a built-in “excuse” for this. It constantly says the “screentime API’s are extremely unstable” and suggested that you force close the app and reopen it. Doing so doesn’t fix anything. Today it reported 8 minutes of time on YouTube when the actual time was more like 1.5 hours. Another app, InScreen, is able to track time 100% accurately somehow, in spite of the “unstable” API.
The app blocking functionality is very good. If the time tracking was somewhat accurate the app would be awesome.

Doesn’t work properly
I love how simple the app is, but it’s entirely unstable. Regularly shows I’m over the daily limit and blocks the app even when the app hasn’t been opened at all that day, or opened by below the limit (and it shows in the app). There are no limits set natively, so that cannot be the issue. After several weeks of this, I’m giving up.

Hard paywall ruined it all
There’s no way to try the app before paying full price or starting a subscription. Sure, there’s a trial, but why would I start it if I have no idea what the app’s functionality even is?

Beautiful App
Great UI and nice sign up flow. Excited to see the future of this app!
Great App
The app really helps in reducing screentime. I have been using for a while and my screentime has gone down.
Thanks
Thanks
Super effective!
My screen time has actually reduced! The app is very easy to use and I absolutely love the encouraging nudges, they really make you want to do the right thing :)
Great app! Thanks to the developer.
The app is a life changer.
The best focus app
I started my trials on focus apps with another app called Opal but found that really complex to handle. Inscreen delivers that powerful focus in a minimalist way as claimed
Gem hidden app!
It has very nice UI, UX, the interface is easy to use and it help alot.
Best app for screen time tracking and nice UI

Great app
Seems I’ll be a big fan of this app soon
Neat little app!
Inscreen has been great so far, as it has helped me reduce my screen time on certain apps in a friendly way. The design of the app is also very well done, although iPad support would be nice. Overall great app!
Amazing App
and great support!!

This should be more popular.
So much more effective than others I have tried.
