Previous issue: I have been so impressed with this app. However, it started crashing about 2 weeks ago. This is now the second time I have LOST all of my recordings. If the recording doesn’t process you have to tell it to reprocess recording. I have several recordings that failed to process over the last few days and now the app crashes when you try to reprocess. Extremely frustrating and disappointing!

Hello. Thanks for the note, and sorry you're dealing with this issue. We are aware of the problem, and released an update today that should fix it. I think the issue you're referring to involves the backup recordings on the Reprocess Screen. Your main recordings on the Files tab should have been unaffected by the problem. Please update the app from the App Store. (Do not uninstall and reinstall as that will clear your backup recordings.) The new version of the app should allow you to access the backup recordings and reprocess any of them. If you need any help, please message us on the in-app support chat, and we will assist.
