They keep charging 😡 and I have no access
I used scribd about 2 months ago and payed for the month. It was online and then, I downloaded the app. Even though I’m using the same email account for the app, it doesn’t recognize that I’m paying. I canceled the subscription and it’s still charging my account. What can I do?

Its literally paid app why not just charge before us wasting time downloading it?

I tried accessing a textbook but upon further inspection (a few pages in), the entirety of the pages consisted of a link to separate website to access the document. Then, when I tried canceling my subscription on the website, it froze the page every single time I clicked the button to cancel, but it did not freeze when I did literally anything else. I had to download this app just to cancel the subscription, and this process was minutes of my life that I will not get back

구독을 했고 앱스토어에 구독중이라고도 뜨는데 start your trial만 계속뜨고 사용할수가 없음
Search feature SUCKS
Ive been a subscriber for a long time and finally canceled out of frustration. A couple of years ago Scribd changed its search feature. It says you can search by author, title or topic but you cannot. It only returns categories. The search feature sucks.
