Terrible AI Fetaure

I uploaded a video to the AI notes feature. It completely left out multiple crucial pieces of information. I asked it to redo it and it missed even more pieces of information!! I paid for the whole year and I’ll never get my money back. I asked for a refund so I’m really hoping that I get the refund. 80$ down the drain. Just save your money.

Disappointed

So far this is not accurate and I’ve had to change the character voices, edit the text, and the highlighting is completely off. When I go to click on a section it won’t click on the section I need. And there will be several sections highlighted jumping back and forth. Im so disappointed. I’ve spent over 3 hours on a video not even an hour long and it’s still not complete.

CANT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

tried the free trial, when trying to cancel subscription it doesn’t appear in Apple subscriptions, and in app it tells me “no email found” support does not reply

Free subscription won’t let you cancel.

Wanted to try this app out. Before doing anything, they hit you with a paywall to use it, but offer a 3 day free trial. They say cancel anytime about 5-6 times as a selling point to just try out the trial. Don’t do it. You can click the cancel subscription button but it just takes you to a web link, with two options. First option won’t let you cancel unless there is a charge on the account. And the other option is to request a refund. So either way you have to get charged the ANNUAL cost for an app you want to try out for 3 days.

We do not see, charge, refund, or modify payments directly because Apple handles everything. To cancel any active trial, you can do so at any time in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID Subscriptions. If a charge has already gone through, please request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ as Apple manages all transactions. If anything felt unclear or misleading, we'd really appreciate your feedback at support+craftnote@joyolabs.com.

Unable to unsubscribe

This app is a scam it will not allow you to unsubscribe, buyers beware they will charge your Apple card and block you for unsubscribing, do no pay for the free trial you will not be able to unsubscribe.

Will charge you after canceling trial

This app offers a free 3 day trial and charges you after day 2 and will not give you a refund for the amount changed which is very expensive! Unacceptable. It stated it would send a reminder to cancel before it would end however that never occurred either. Now I am just out $108.

I don't normally leave reviews but this is the second time I've left a review for this app.

The capabilities that are offered to you with this app are ginormous. I am a small business owner and enjoy learning. Obviously as a business owner you want to continue to learn and what this app has offered to me as a note-taking app is beyond what you think a note-taking app can do. I upload a lot of audiobooks and the app systematically summarizes it for me concisely and leaves me a to-do list with it as well. It just really makes my life simple.

The biggest selling point that I think you should consider this app for is all of the information that you store on the app. You can ask the AI to search all of the information that you would need within that category and industry expert teas that you're in and summarize it in a way that you need it so that you can use the information readily that you stored on the app. That in itself is worth the price!
