Very pleasing first impressions

Having only used the app for a week, I have found it very user friendly and easy to navigate, making script adjustments on the fly and inserting cue notes for theatre audio cues. I would also commend the customer service team, as I’m in the UK the response time wasn’t instant and came during the night, but it was more than helpful and very friendly!

Playback Doesn't Work

It won't even play the sample voices. It says "Loading Please Wait" when doing so. I'm connected to the internet, fast speed, and Macbook. I've done everything to get Playback to work but it's just stuck. Restart doesn't work either.
the only reason I got this app is to listen to my screenplay.

Needs to be fixed

Buggy as hell and does not operate well. The ai voice is not trained and the app constantly crashes. Feeling like I wasted money I can’t get back now
