Hi, thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience. Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. This means cancellations and refunds must be handled directly via your Apple ID settings. Even if the app is deleted, an active subscription does not automatically cancel. We always recommend cancelling the trial directly in your Apple subscription settings to avoid charges. Unfortunately, we as developers cannot issue refunds, this is handled exclusively by Apple. We kindly suggest contacting Apple Support for a refund request, they are usually able to help in cases like this. If you have any other questions or need help, feel free to reach out to us
