Doesn’t work 90% of the time
Says streaming service not live all the time. Support is non existent.
Don’t Waste Your Money
Like many others, I’ve had the same experience - can’t live stream anymore, despite paying for Premium. Honestly, I think the company has gone out of business. Emailed support many times and never get a response. Apple should remove this app from the App Store.

Takes your money and runs-theft by swindling
App no longer works. Paid for 3 channels for our girls all in different levels of hockey. Used the service to stream for grandparents and team family members (mostly grandparents one in nursing home). App started glitching and then stopped working all together. Switched servers work momentarily, then right back to the same thing… glitching and constant shut down. Remove and refund from App Store. Thank you.

Don’t do it.
Zero customer support and ultra glitchy. I’ve never had anyone respond to anything. Currently can’t stream and tried to cancel subscription. No one responds and they charged my card anyway. Now I can’t get a refund. Just don’t do it.
Customer service doesn’t exist
Used this last year and was amazing. Renewed subscription and hasn’t worked since. Legit feels like a scam with no support. DO NOT USE.
App does not work-no live stream
The app worked okay last year for streaming games. This year, I paid for Premium and the app will not start a broadcast. I submitted an email 3 weeks ago, no response.
So many reviews about the RECENT issue, lack of support, and no functionality. I would not recommend until the issues are fixed. It’s not usable at all!

Account still exists but unable to livestream for 5 days now, no answer from support, rip off, should be removed off of apple
Not Working
I have had a Premium subscription for the last 3 years and it has worked pretty well. This season it has not worked and the stream doesn’t start and always indicates “Not Live”. I have tried changing servers, bitrate, video quality, and other settings that the AI Help Chat suggested. When I try to submit a ticket to the help desk it says “We are sorry. You have been restricted from accessing this helpdesk page.”

RIP OFF!
As soon as you pay for premium upgrade the app no longer works.
This is not supported and should be removed from App Store
After many times reaching out to the owner Max, there is no support even when we pay. Platform is never accepting streams no matter any manual ingest server change. No updates to client in forever. Max has no interest in supporting this platform - this is not a product nor is this a company - was something he built years ago and should be removed from the App Store if he isn’t going to ensure it functions. It was great when it worked and he actually cared - people miss that and really liked this app. But he doesn’t care and don’t subscribe unless you see a significant change or a client update expect no functionality - and you won’t see him do anything. If someone knows how to contact Apple to get this app removed - no one should be scammed to subscribe if the money won’t be used to support the technology that doesn’t work anymore.

This was a great app for the past couple years. Now it never works and I can’t get any support from the company. The app hasn’t been updated in 2 years. Time to stop wasting time and money here.

Broadcasts won't start. The events now are unable to broadcast.
Doesn’t work
I signed up for a premium version and it doesn’t work. Tried adjusting setting and switching between broadcasting options but didn’t have any luck. Emailed customer support 3 times but haven’t heard back. I want my money back!
Scam
No support. No functioning product, but their renewal payment works. Have sent several emails and tried to call to only receive a message that says to send an email then the line cuts off.
First time user
I downloaded the app paid for the premium option followed the setup instructions but still not able to go live. Sent email to support but no reply. Can’t reach a customer support via voice/live human interaction.
