Doesn’t work!
Tried numerous times to add a travel alert. Confident I’m doing everything right on my end, but it fails each time when I submit. Had to then call bank, wait 20 minutes in queue and finally get it it done. App is clunky and awkward. Downside of belonging to a credit union I guess.
Outdated Technology
20+ year member. Attempted several times to register card-information-entry doesn’t match our records-Yet I can login with my SCU Creds. System blocked process too many failed attempts. Only wanted to set up activity alerts …like on my AMEX/APPLE/CHASE cards…deleted app.

I typed in my address several times and it still says I don't have the right address and now it locked me out. Terrible and extremely frustrating.
This app is the worst
Why can’t this just be integrated into the Seattle CU app? It crashes all the time, and many times even when it logs in it gives a message telling you to try again. Honestly, just move the features to the normal banking app and call it a day.
Disappointing
I can’t add my card. I’ve tried manually and it says the info doesn’t match. If I use the scan option it says my financial institution doesn’t participate. It’s a Seattle Credit Union Card. I don’t understand
Can’t add card
We called SCU to let them know we were going on a trip. They said to manage the card through this app. I entered my information correctly but it said it was not correct and locked me out.
Can’t even add card
I put all the information exactly as request and it keeps stating it’s wrong. I checked the other app to very my address and everything. Can’t do anything with my card being added.
Really bad.
It won’t let me add my card and I call customer support for literally no reason. They told me they fixed the problem but nothing is fixed. All I want to do is add my card so I am able to see my transactions. Why are they making it so difficult.

Same problem as the only other review, despite entering all my card’s information accurately the app claimed the information didn’t match their records, so it’s basically useless to me.
2 apps to do one thing?!
The idea is great but, really? I need to apps to control my cards? Plus I can access the card control app without accessing the Seattle Credid union app. Plain stupid!
Wow, total mess
I can’t enter in my address, its as if the cv code is where the address should be, so you can’t fill it out. If I’m doing something wrong, then this is a total failure for instructions/intuitive use. How can you trust an app you can’t even use?
