It’s tits!
Nice work on the app!
Hot garbage
App never works properly. Tells me I need to login to access the public transportation tickets, even though I’m already logged in because I can access the event tickets. When trying to login it says password incorrect. Using the same password on web browser works fine. Try resetting the password. Have made 5+ requests fora password reset & never receive an email. TicketMaster is trash & it’s unfortunate we are forced to use it.

Redeem transit sucks
It’s hit/miss if the additional Ticketmaster login actually WORKS and it never remembers the login so every show I have to re-sign in. Annoying and frustrating every time, and only works for half of that.
Free Transit Pass not working
Been to two games in the last 2 weeks and both times have been unable to access the Free Transit Pass. My Ticketmaster is synced to the app, and I know it is because so have confirmed I have tickets to the game through the Storm app, but going to the CPA app it only shows my future concerts at CPA. Please fix!! I rely on public transit!
If possible it would be better to separate Kraken and CPA — not sure why these are combined when three teams play at the CPA.

Apps lit
I like it for games.
Forcing users into your app
lol my event has nothing to do with the kraken why funnel all of us into this terrible app for a team that we don’t follow when the ui of the Ticketmaster app works fine.
Let’s go pens
Not a Kraken pan on Pittsburgh fan, but but let’s go Kraken and penguins
Lots of fun to be a part of!
It’s great fun to be a part of the celebration, makes you feel more appreciated as a part of the fun.
1st Game Experience
So excited to embrace my new team since my Arizona Coyotes were sold to Utah
Timing
Takes a long time to sync
Home Game
Great! Awesome!
Force to install app to access my tickets
I don’t want this app but need to access my Ticketmaster tickets wtf.
Cannot Sign in without turning off privacy settings
Ticketmaster sign in does not work without disabling most of Apples privacy settings for Safari.
Without being able to sign in cannot access tickets from the app.

Garbage
Switched to new phone won’t let me log in despite verifying email and changing password multiple times.
Free transit pass doesn’t work
Logged in and out multiple times. Within the window of time from doors opening. Nothing.
Log in issues
Can never log in. I have tried resetting my password multiple times. But every time I try to login there is an “error.”
Killer!
The best period!
Unusable
A popup asking to sign into Ticketmaster every time you open the app won’t stop spawning when you tell it no. The app support takes you to the climate pledge arena site. I didn’t use to have to sign in. I would in I were buying tickets. I shouldn’t need to sign in just to see scores and stats.
Cannot Download Ticket
I’ve tried all day to download the tickets I purchased and can see in the app, to my phone and while I’m waiting for anything to happen. The app just closes. When I try to get support I’m told to log out and log back in and make sure ticket master account is correct. I’ve literally done everything and now I have to go even earlier to the concert to ensure I can get in. I don’t understand why I need another app to access my ticket master account when that’s alway worked fine. I really hate stuff like this.
