Redeem transit sucks
It’s hit/miss if the additional Ticketmaster login actually WORKS and it never remembers the login so every show I have to re-sign in. Annoying and frustrating every time, and only works for half of that.
Free Transit Pass not working
Been to two games in the last 2 weeks and both times have been unable to access the Free Transit Pass. My Ticketmaster is synced to the app, and I know it is because so have confirmed I have tickets to the game through the Storm app, but going to the CPA app it only shows my future concerts at CPA. Please fix!! I rely on public transit!
If possible it would be better to separate Kraken and CPA — not sure why these are combined when three teams play at the CPA.

lol my event has nothing to do with the kraken why funnel all of us into this terrible app for a team that we don’t follow when the ui of the Ticketmaster app works fine.

A popup asking to sign into Ticketmaster every time you open the app won’t stop spawning when you tell it no. The app support takes you to the climate pledge arena site. I didn’t use to have to sign in. I would in I were buying tickets. I shouldn’t need to sign in just to see scores and stats.
Cannot Download Ticket
I’ve tried all day to download the tickets I purchased and can see in the app, to my phone and while I’m waiting for anything to happen. The app just closes. When I try to get support I’m told to log out and log back in and make sure ticket master account is correct. I’ve literally done everything and now I have to go even earlier to the concert to ensure I can get in. I don’t understand why I need another app to access my ticket master account when that’s alway worked fine. I really hate stuff like this.

Error
Constantly getting an Error. Cant access tickets. Tried logging out/logging in. Uninstalling and reinstalling. And still does not work. Apps shouldn’t be this hard to use. Imagine getting to the event and not being able to pull the tickets up. Worst thing is it doesn’t even show up in Ticketmaster. So you have to rely on this app to get your tickets.
