What happened?
New update seems to have removed the ‘choose the player’ game. I had over 30k points and was ranked in the top 30 all-time. New app looks a bit flashier, but is completely useless.
App needs overhaul
This app needs updated and a major overhaul. I would like to keep up with the team and its roster but there isn’t anything to view.
Low Effort
There is no value to the fan in the thinking, user experience, or functionality of this app. Really an utter disgrace for this franchise. Just put a link to Ticketmaster and WNBA team site and be done. Offer no expectations of more if there is no intent to deliver.
Really wish we could get a better storm app!!!
It’s sad that we’re in a tech hub and still don’t have a functional app. Would LOVE a more functional app someday.
Nothing Works
Starting at logging in or signing up, the input fields aren’t ’touchable’ - it’s a smartphone app!
The shop button doesn’t bring anything up.
The tickets button kicks you out to TicketMaster which is fine but somehow it can’t show all my tickets. Just some that were purchased through the storm app, not the other ones purchased directly in the TicketMaster app itself. And vice versa which might be a TicketMaster problem but this is 2024 so issues like this should have been easily resolved last decade.
I thought maybe I used using it wrong so I clicked the tutorial button and got a 404 error that the page doesn’t exist. So I don’t think it’s me.
Why bother with this at all? It really says to fans “don’t bother because we can’t be bothered”. Not great messaging.

Check in doesn’t work. Freezes frequently. Lots of errors. Please fix this! It’s so sad!! I would use it all the time if it just worked!!

I don’t even know why the Storm even promotes this? You rarely get points. The whole thing is a waste with no purpose.

Freezes most of the time that I don’t get points. You also need to update your prize selection.
Storm App
Trying to access my account within the app, I keep getting a message saying ticketmaster thinks I’m a bot. Hope I can get in the game but not sure how, as I can’t access my season ticket in the app. I’m excited about the new season in a new arena, but this doesn’t reflect well on the Storm and dims the excitement.

Can”t add tickets to my apple wallet
I have an IPhone 11 Pro and despite pop ups encouraging me to add my storm tickets to my digital wallet there is no way to do so. No wallet icon show up anywhere.

This app is a total waste of time, actually it’s a joke! Sadly, I think the joke is on everyone who downloads it thinking it’s ANYTHING like the actual Storm organization!
This app is a hall of mirrors and virtually everything that you might tap or click on doesn’t seem to do anything at all.
I expected schedules, ticket opps, lots of swag opps, team member bios and game comments... but I guess that’s asking too much.
Oh, and to be crystal clear about my first impression... I downloaded it to my iPadAir and it WON’T RUN! KEEPS CRASHING TO THE DESKTOP! HUH?? To be fair, I loaded it to my iPhone and for what it’s worth, it runs there. But, it’s a waste of time.

This app should be awesome like the Sounders app or what’s the point?

This app NEEDS to improve. The crew behind this needs to team up with YinzCam to make a much improved app like the other WNBA teams.
