Здравствуйте! Если письмо для восстановления пароля не приходит, пожалуйста, проверьте папки «Спам», «Нежелательная почта» или «Промоакции» — иногда письмо попадает именно туда. Также убедитесь, что резервный адрес электронной почты был указан правильно. Если он был введён неверно, к сожалению, восстановить доступ будет невозможно.

Здравствуйте! Если резервный адрес электронной почты был указан неверно, восстановить пароль, к сожалению, невозможно. Именно поэтому мы рекомендуем всегда указывать действующий резервный e-mail, чтобы в случае необходимости можно было восстановить доступ к приложению.
No app support
Tried again. The email link on developer website sends an email back that says undeliverable. Tried to send an email again via the email link in the app and still no response.

Если сообщения в Telegram не отправляются, пожалуйста, проверьте, выданы ли приложению все необходимые разрешения, и обновлены ли обе программы до последних версий. Также попробуйте полностью закрыть и заново открыть приложения. Если проблема сохраняется, свяжитесь с нами через поддержку в приложении и укажите модель устройства.

Também confirme se há espaço suficiente de armazenamento no dispositivo. Application Bien au début (Modification de l’avis)
En plus, l’application ne supprime plus les doublons dès qu’on transfère plus de deux photos. Tout doit être recherché et supprimé manuellement, alors que d’autres applications le font sans problème.
Très décevant pour un service payant.
