So convenient to have treatments at home from friendly professionals. Wonderful to not have to come back from the salon in the weather before a big event. Just get glam at home and walk out the door perfectly chic.
Disappointed
Services are fine by the way they manage gift vouchers borders on dishonesty. No way to see when they expire once added to your account, no advance notice of expiry and they just remove the credit without telling you (this maximising their own profits). If you complain they hide behind “you knew the expiry date when you were given the gift”. Like we can all remember that level of detail! And recently I’ve discovered that they use up gift vouchers in reverse order. Meaning the voucher I had expiring in May 2026 was given an effective date of December 2025 (when my other voucher expired). They eventually compensated me, with a credit expiring at end of January 2026 but that still short changes me by 4 months. Self care shouldn’t be this stressful. Use Treatwell instead!

It’s misleading - Your email states £5 off for first time purchases on the app but you include a service fee so it’s actually only £3.99.
Useless
Installed it, made an account, and it didn’t recognize my postal code in Los Angeles. If you don’t offer services in U.S. (or California) then why do you allow anyone to sign up with a U.S./CA phone number? Makes me want to believe that all you want is to collect and sell our data to the brokers.

I booked Kazhal for first time when visiting London for an important family event and she was fabulous couldn’t recommend her enough. She put me at ease and I loved her makeup and hair. I got a lot of compliments at event. Will definitely use her and Secret Spa again.

The app. was rubbish and does not provide a notification in your account to let you know you have booked an appointment. I was charged for an appointment that the app. did not confirm.

Decent premise, wonky app
Random notifications and not easy to see availability for preferred stylists. Also it doesn’t export calendar appointments correctly when the clocks spring forward.
