Zero customer service. I sent multiple requests for help and received none. After being a customer for years, I find the lack of response unacceptable.

I love this site, I love the clothing. I have purchased many articles and so far they have all been quality items, the only issue I ever had, a missing button on a shirt, was traded for a new replacement immediately with no charge to myself. My only complaint is the cost of shipping now. It has steadily increased to now over 100% what it was last year. My most recent order was a $101 discounted to $67 with promo code but checkout was $97 with shipping. What’s up with that? 30 bucks for 2 shirts with 7-9 days arrival, sounds kinda phishy to me!
