Terrible service
It works, but has an app with a terrible UI. Canceling is not simple. Would not recommend unless there is no other option, then I’d recommend trying a bell on a string first.
Easy to Navigate
Easy to navigate very simple straightforward app. It’s been working for me reliably for the past year.
The subscription within the app is a scam. Do not buy!!!
I downloaded this app to go with a wristband fall alert device for my mother-in-law. You need the app for the device to operate. I set the app up and paid for the $204 yearly subscription. It turns out that the device came uncharged and did not come with a charging cable. Also, it turns out the device does not hold a charge for more than 15 hours. I wanted to return the device and cancel my subscription. I called customer service who tells me that I need to email photos of the device to get a refund and that I would then get a call back. I did so. I got a call back 20 minutes later from a new customer service representative who tried to convince me to keep the device and not cancel the subscription. When I was not interested, the customer service representative told me that I could only receive a refund for the app subscription when I return the device and they confirm this at their warehouse. When I demanded a refund immediately, they refused, claiming it is part of their “terms of service!” I am never going to get a refund from these people. I am going to call my credit card company to dispute the charge.

SCAM
The app doesn’t work well. I’m unable to call or view the location of the device at times. I was charged $125 cancellation fee, even though it wasn’t my fault their app and device doesn’t work well. Do not be fooled and buy this product.
Does not support larger text sizes / cannot scroll to update button far enough to save settings
This app is intended for caretakers of folks with dementia to track their whereabouts. You’d think the developers would consider that some of those caretakers themselves would be elderly and have low vision. Hopefully the device and its interaction with the app is better designed - have yet to test it out. But right off the bat I found the app lacking the one basic feature I need to be able to use it comfortably.
Update: We get constant SMS notifications that the device has left the geofence when it hasn’t and cannot turn them off because the update button is below the “fold” and the scrolling pane snaps back before you can tap it. Very frustrating.

Can’t update changes
App doesn’t allow me to access Update button on bottom of Settings screen so I can’t make any changes to the key features of the tracking device. Not good.

App is very buggy
The app is very buggy, often times will crash ,not reload, or i have to delete and reinstall often . Needs to be more reliable as we need to relie on the device and software.

Device is great but IOS app is completely useless
Works wonderfully on android devices but if you plan to monitor it from an apple you simple can’t. Been like this for months and no response from the company after many complaints.

SecuLife iOS app
Doesn’t work. Doesn’t have settings indicated in the user manual of the SOS watch. Don’t buy the item. Don’t expect this app to work.
