I can’t access my account, it says my email or password is wrong and it isn’t… this is baloney…do disappointed

Ever since the 2 factor authentication that was forced to set up it keeps saying it’s sending authentication code to my phone number but I never receive them.
Prepared for an emergency
This app has made it easy for me to create an emergency fund. I save directly from my paycheck each month, which is the reason my account has grown so much in just one year. The extra match from my employer is the cherry on top!

Where is my deposit?
The platform states 2-3 business days to receive funds but it’s been a week and my funds are not deposited. This is advertised as an emergency savings app and yet in the face of an emergency, this app has severely let me down and I have stopped my payroll deductions because of this.
