HELLO!!! Where are the Stay & Away Buttons?
What the heck happened to all the buttons? Not the number keypad… Where are the buttons to arm stay and away? I can’t remotely set my alarm in stay mode anymore. Fix it!!!

Can’t not arm or disarm any longer. Completely functionless.
Only History, No Alarm Setting
The app only shows the history, and will not allow me to set my alarm. I deleted it and tried it again. I downloaded the SecureSmart Alarm App and it worked once and went back to history. I deleted and reinstalled and it does the same. This alarm let me down when I needed it the most. I need to set Stay remotely and it’s impossible without the app and not being present in the house.

Wonky app
I’ve had this app for a little over a year (both the white and the blue app) and both have been crashing and extremely delayed in arm/disarming of the alarm. It crashed again today and I’ve de-re’d the app and still nothing. I went with my friends security company since we had crappy internet where we live. Once our fiber is installed in going back to a mainstream company and dropping this ridiculous app.

Failure
What happened to the Disarm button? I don’t want to have to type my code each time to disarm my system. That’s what the Face ID is supposed to handle!
Useless/untested update
How do you roll out an update on a app as important as alarm management and don’t test it?? Soon as u accept the license agreement terms that’s it!! The app freezes on a white screen, I’ve reset the phone, deleted & reinstalled the app the same issue!!! The previous version although simple & outdated at least worked!!

The new update needs work. When entering a code there are no sounds and no indication you are even entering anything. Please look into this issue.

The app freezes after I accept the terms and conditions. Just a blank white screen that doesn't advance. I've uninstalled/re-installed, cycled my phone, force closed the app... Nothing works to make this app work. Help!
Finally updated. Working smoothly for now.

Finally addressed issues and seems to be running smoothly.
Update 06/28/18. App is still useless. The company hasn’t updated the app in over one year. Avoid this company all costs.
This app is useless. Usually takes 20-30 minutes to set/deactivate the alarm. App lags whether you are on wifi or not. Very glitchy. Can't tell if the alarm is actually set until you get the push notification. If you have any other options, avoid this system.
We closed 30 minutes ago and I can’t get the alarm set. Leaves me in a very dangerous situation at closing time. Avoid this company.

System crashes
System works half the time and the other times it crashes. It is slow and lags and sometimes it doesn’t even upload. Sometimes I can’t even arm/disarm with app. Please fix bugs and pay more attention to the app. Thank you

Need updating. App stopped giving notifications and is slow to interact with alarm system.

NOT WORKING
It worked first few days now it’s not even showing anything? Called my EMC security company they don’t have clue why the App is blank?

NEEDS UPDATING
This app is seriously behind the times. You need to update this app more than once a year with all the constant phone software updates. Every time I set my alarm, I don’t get a message on my phone for several seconds sometimes minutes. This morning I set my alarm at 7:15 am and it’s 8:20 am and I’ve yet to get a message. Very frustrating!!

Finally works!
Maybe it’s too soon to tell, but I think this app finally works! My experience with the prior version was horrific. Could only see buttons for Arm and Disarm and they didn’t do ANYTHING! Would tell me it’s arming and nothing would happen...would just revert to unarmed status after a minute. It would sometimes tell me it was armed, even though I could tell just by standing in front of the panel that it was still on standby (disarmed). But NOW...I just downloaded the latest update (which appeared on the App Store literally 12 minutes ago), logged in and suddenly I got a keypad and Arm Away and Stay buttons. So far has been working like a charm, whether I’m on Wi-Fi or cellular and is very responsive. Will try again from the road, but for the first time, I am pretty confident it’s going to work.

Poor app
Just installed this a few days ago. Seemed to work fine for arming and disarming (albeit with a noticeable lag of 20-30 seconds). Then had a second person use app to login to same account, and both of us got the message "authentication error" - even after logging out and having only one person log back in. We weren't told only one person could ever use the app, if this is by design then we should have been told. Otherwise, poor coding and design.

Update App NO GOOD
Always says Disarming. Work great before update. Had other app same problem. Safetouch should have own app. Thinking of switching companies. Shame on Safetouch for allowing poor app to represent them.
