They say your paid up and then send you another letter saying your behind within the same month
I have two letters from the fl/al branch ..Can I pay with just my account # n rout# because I’m not able to have a debit card with my bank for security reasons
Anyways to add to how much you pay
This company is already pretty scammy. We took a loan from our bank and paid it up and our credit actually jumped up quite a bit. These guys basically nothing.
Second they let you have the first loan so easy, then trick you saying you can do it again but make you give them everything for information and then give you diddly worth just to start over your payments.
Third they just made it where you pay $3 extra on top of your bill for using this app.

Keeps telling me I need to verify my email, but does not send me an email to which I can verify! Very frustrating. Fix this please!!
I can’t use it.
I have a lot of trouble to open the application. Only once I could get into the application while I was in the local office. Then, a couple of months later I haven’t been able to access and see my account. I have an IPhone and it doesn’t give me any trouble getting through other apps.

Update Functions
The only thing that drives me crazy is the fact that you can't make a split payment via the app. If I want to do 50% of my bill from one debit card and 50% from the other, the app won't let you do it. It's so annoying!!
