Great Community Tool
I have submitted a handful of requests, mostly for street lights that were out or not working and they always get it fixed within a week or two. Great for submitting any issues you see, potholes, graffiti, excessive trash, missing sign, issues at parks, trails, roads and sidewalks. Thank you to all the city employees who respond, update and handle all the requests!!

Just about everything I submitted has been looked at or repaired, this app is easy to use and definitely helps Folsom stay In tip top shape
Not exactly stellar work
The city code enforcement closes cases routinely are lazy and won’t deal with homeless problems according even though they well funded. Routinely having to submit multiple reports about the same homeless camp with descriptions pics down to a 8 digit grid yet I still have to walk them to location..

Impressed....so far
Have had most of my reports responded to and "fixed" quickly so far. Was pleased when an actual person from Folsom (Jenny) asked additional questions in order to correct a problem. It's a lot better than waiting for someone to answer a phone or answer a VM.
What’s the point
I’m not sure why they have this app when issues get closed without being fixed.
