AI garbage
So how do i turn off the AI garbage in this app? It's not right most of the time, causes me extra scrolling and tapping to get the correct category. I get that everyone is all excited over AI but this bloat actually makes the app less user friendly...did y'all even test it before your developer foisted it upon you?

City is very selective on what they investigate
They pick and choose what they what to investigate. If the they problem is with someone who is associated with the city, they will not do anything about it. Laws are put in place for a reason and they allow people in these positions to get away or look the other way or they will close the case with not results in the complaint.

Should just have an email and phone number to make reports.
Something so necessary is made too technical and Topeka meanwhile is rotting and crime is on the rise.
Our neighborhood was just getting settled and Still Producing management company rented out the little house next to us to some pretty lousy characters.
Can’t even just write an email and send pictures. Code violations are everywhere and cops and code vehicles drive past them all day long. Ain’t nobody doin nuttin’!!!
Makes you think that the city doesn’t really care doesn’t even want to fix. Click or not

Adding pictures
90% of the time the app won’t let me add photos. If it does, it takes five tries and 20 mins for them to upload. Plz fix!

The product was good and then they “fixed” it. Used to update to current location. Had an easy to use pointer. Now u must “intuitively “ know to use the + symbol to make a report. Instead of having a report it icon. Geez. It wasn't broke. Don't fix it. Computer geeks are like squirrels. They get bored easy and start to gnaw on something. Usually breaking it or making it worse. And thats what happened to this app.

Great idea!
This is a great idea. Let's hope the city actually takes the reports seriously and implements an aggressive approach to fix the problems.
