Subscription cannot be seen in Apple Account

I looked at the app and decided I didn’t want my subscription to go through. I was unable to see the purchase in my Apple account. It goes directly through Stripe on your credit card and therefore you have no idea that it’s renewing without being in the app itself.

Hidden fees to even use app

I hate apps like this. Its such a good concept but having to pay to use it when its listed as a free app on the app store is so dumb. I dont feel like this is worth paying for and I dont even get what Im paying for?? I could google this stuff and I will.

Misleading and false advertising

BE AWARE! Don’t sign up for a free trial as they claim you get a “free” trial and then charge you $39.99 upfront. I am extremely disappointed. I’m still trying to contact them about a refund and charge taken off my account. It’s such a shame as I love what they stand for but you can’t just claim you have a free trial and then immediately charge. BE CAREFUL

Doesn’t Work

Paid annual subscription. Worked for a week, then requested a subscription to function while being logged in with the account that paid. Multiple attempts to contact developer and “support” emails were unsuccessful.

I wouldn’t buy this app, as the company is unresponsive, doesn’t seem to offer support for it. Don’t waste your money.
