Actual iPad App
Can we get an actual iPad app? It’s just the iPhone app on an iPad. Some of us don’t have computer and would love a little more functionality in the app.
I “LOVED” this app BUT…
I remember it being a FREE app., at least until March of this year!!! This hands down truly is a fantastic app., especially for us small home gardeners, BUT I cannot afford what they’re charging! Back to pen, paper & memory skills. I’m so sad to not have the help it provides.
From graft paper to the digital age!
I’ve used other garden planners that provide information about plants, seasons, timing, etc. but they don’t figure how it all works together for you. Seedtime has that figured out with preset plans that are editable. The current weather can even be seen within your garden plan. What a thoughtful feature. There is a slight learning curve, but plenty of help along the way. I’m excited to update my garden game using this approach.

Worth it
I have the basic plan and seeing everything written out and in calendar form has been so helpful!! It’s hard to keep track of timing when you have many crops or vegetables going at once. This is excellent!

If you garden, or are a market gardener or small scale farmer, you will be intoxicated by how amazing this app is. Tons of USEFUL features and lots of help if you need it. Tons of online classes and lots of community. It’s awesome.

Not what I need
I downloaded this to try since I am new to growing sprouts.
However, this app is a little confusing and I believe it’s for planting outside.
I’m not sure what zone I’m in or if that is for a garden.
If you are someone who gardens or grows food outside, this can help you.

Great Tool for Garden Planning
I’m very pleased with this app. I like that I can easily add items to my garden, and all the associated tasks are scheduled out for me. If I do a task early or late, the schedule adjusts accordingly. The layout feature lets me see where everything in my garden will go, and it helps me understand what will be in the garden at any time throughout the year. The app even helps with planning succession planting, so I get a steady flow of crops instead of all at once.

Not what I expected
I didn’t need a layout planner….i was looking forward to the idea of putting all my plants in and then getting an easy to follow to do list while in the garden or while I’m inside, planning for that day. Instead, all I’m getting is “check the app for things to do!!!” That’s not really what I was expecting. A few other suggestions…. I wish I could filter the calendar to view just this week’s items. Then the columns would resize and we would be able to see more of the text for the tasks, not just the first letter. I’d like to be able to customize the width of the plant column on the left. Right now it’s either first 3 letters (not enough) or wide enough for the longest entry (way too much). Also, filter the calendar by categories like cole crops or root crops, nightshades or flowers or herbs.

i am blown away with the level of detail and time that went into creating this app, it is next level in ways i have been searching for. especially without being limited in knowledge/resources for a price, this app is a gamechanger. at first was overwhelming but as soon as i understood how it works it was like night and day, such a wonderful app. it has so many niche varieties, when to plant, when to direct seed, transplant, harvest, keeps track of your area, can even calculate the amount of seeds per space you have. thank you so much for this app, its fantastic

Run away!
Wish I had never done this. They make extremely difficult to get out of their subscription. Lies and avoidance.
Saves time and stress
It is so easy to plan out your garden from when to cultivate to when to plant to when to harvest. Takes all the guess work out. Now I no longer have to try and remember when I planted and when I should start thinking about harvesting.
