Love the product, hate the app
I love the product but the app is a nightmare. I can’t get it to update payments, struggle to modify my subscriptions, and even view the subscriptions at times. I don’t know what the deal is with the app, but I always have to go to the website to make any type of changes.
Love this protein
It’s light, refreshing and filling at the same time. The flavors are great and I use this as my primary protein powder. I only wish they would bring Grape back as it is a favorite of mine but so is the watermelon, mango pineapple, peach and blue razz. They all are great and you will love them!
Impossible to log in.
It’s impossible to log in thru the app, or reset your password. Also the font is so small and skinny it’s almost illegible.
Barren wasteland
Apple…grape…gone. Fruit punch almost always out of stock. What was once a great company has turned to garbage. It’s unfortunate, because they made a great product.
Questionable practices
I was informed product would be restocked. Only 5 flavors are available. I have yet to receive my 2024 Black Friday order and it is March 2025.
