July 24, 2026 updates are almost impossible to get… auto/manual doesn’t seem easy as it should, I picked it up a xyber without any personal help, I unboxed it and installed second battery myself, so I’m on my own setting this up without a dealer/service and the app is no help at all for updates.

Very nice cool app that I like it shows me lots of things with my e scooter and it’s very fun! Great app! Keep working hard! Just a little more stuff for settings like led lights or enable more things buy hay great app!
No apple watch app
if Tesla can have a Watch app that runs independently that let's you drive without phone , why not Safeway?

It was perfect and amazing. I liked it so much that I think everyone should give it a five star rating because it was the best thing I ever tried it. Let me see all the battery and it showed me what battery my phone was on and what percent it was and how fast it went.
No map?
Hard to believe they made this App worse than the one that it replaced, but they succeeded. Really guys no map or tracking for an E bike app?

I can’t access my scooter that I spent a grand on, solely because I wanted to have a security system to prevent such from being stolen. I can’t even use the stupid thing now. You should update your app if you’re gonna sell the product for the price. I waste soo much time because of this stupid unreliable app. I’ve had the scooter for less than a month and this is my biggest concern . Let’s get rid of the app if it doesn’t work..?

Énorme scam pour les scooters, tous les services qui étaient gratuits (géolocalisation, niveau de batterie, alarme etc.) sont devenus payant du jour au lendemain alors que c'était un de leur principal argument lors de l'achat
Pas mal mais pas parfait
Appli vraiment complète avec joli interface. Par contre ce serait bien de pouvoir personnaliser sa page d’accueil pour gérer sa charge de batterie au même endroit : limite de charge, charge programmé et différée en fonction de si on va faire un long trajet ou pas, quand on l’utilise intensivement. Plutôt que d’aller à chaque fois chercher au fin fond des paramètres. Sinon vraiment agréable.

We lost trip recording from the original app. We recovered ninebot lock control, A++. Worst part, it can provide navigation there HERE maps, but do not use bike routes … which renders using navigation on scooter screen useless feature !!!!!!!

Спящий режим в приложении написано «спяуийрежим» навигация платная, Bluetooth не всегда видит телефон, хотя телефон закреплен на руле. Большая фара в режиме эко и walk не работает почему то.

Can’t Connect to Muxi e-bike
Tried connecting my Muxi e-bike via this app. It sees the bike, but keeps timing out with the Bluetooth connection. This make all the “smart” features unusable.

Ive had all kinds of trouble from the charger to the app ive only had it a couple weeks man get you stuff together Segway this is horrible
Du potentiel mais déçu
Une appli assez poussée pour paramétrer la trottinette, il n’y a pas à dire. Il lui manque toutefois des onglets pour suivre l’histoire des trajets. On ne demande pas d’aller au détail comme Strava, mais avoir au moins pour chaque jour, les trajets effectués, la distance, la durée et la vitesse moyenne, cela ne doit pas être trop compliqué à faire. La fonction GPS est très perfectible, car dès lors que l’on lance le trajet mais que l’éteint le portable pour le ranger, les indications ne s´actualisent pas sur le tableau de bord… on en perd le principe et l’utilité. Mais principalement, une énorme déception de ne pas pouvoir suivre l’historique des trajets.
