Rubbish
Purchased a second hand ninebot s max. It was paired to someone else but we were still able to connect- just without the main settings. We told the after sales helper to unbind them so we can bind as that is what was recommended on the app. Once they unbinded we can’t access anything on the segway. it says the SN isn’t identified. after numerous times contacting and going back to previous owner to sort out. The after sales helper was only saying to go to repair the segway. Still haven’t figured it out!

Horrible login and binding experience
I don’t usually leave reviews but this app is exceptionally horrible. It’s like they have never tested it.
What happened!??
I went to connect to my scooter only to find the dashboard is missing. In fact, everything is missing. I can’t track my routes or see anything anymore. Some important this was!
Grundsätzlich ok aber Kleinigkeiten die nerven
Verbinden klappt super. Schön das es die Möglichkeit gibt die Fahrmodi (E/D/S) bezüglich Speed und Beschleunigung zu konfigurieren. Aber warum kann man 22kmh nur in S einstellen? Das macht die ganze Funktion quasi unnötig da ich die 22 kmh natürlich ausnutzen will und somit nur S nutzen kann. D mit 22 kmh und Beschleunigung Eco geht nicht.
Hätte noch mehr Vorschläge aber wird hier zu lang…

Easy to navigate
The app is fairly easy to navigate and has a large variety of settings that can be tweaked to your liking as well as the ability to pair directly to the Apple Find My network it’s a great interface and makes increasing the top speed and changing from EU to US measurements for time and speed and that’s just the very surface of it there is a lot to do in the app and that’s not to mention that it’s got some social media features to it as well

Nonstop notifications!!
I woke up this morning to, no kidding, 83 “charging complete” notifications. They’re coming through nonstop. Please update your app. I have a Ninebot and Xafari.
Segway Cube 1000
This completely destroys the quality of their power station, there are no ‘smart’ features for the AC/DC power ports, no basic features such as scheduling the Cube 1000 for charging or battery depletion level protection. It’s not optimised for the Segway Cube 1000 it’s more a spam advertising platform for their scooters etc, updates never address the Cube 1000’s issues, UI is trash, Bluetooth eventually starts to play up requiring full app deletion and resetting the power stations Bluetooth connection and it doesn’t even expose itself for the likes of Home Assistant. This alone makes me want to return the Cube 1000 -the hardware is great, the software and support infrastructure is abysmal!

Très satisfait de celui-ci avec quelques améliorations souhaitées :
Même en mode E la progressivité de l’accélérateur pourrait être améliorée, et bénéfique en évolution à basse vitesse.
L’affichage est plutôt bien pour ce qui est de la vitesse mais pour les modes E D et S cela pourrait être plus grand.

The app works, but man it ain’t pretty
Very buggy and poorly designed app. Especially the user authentication flow. But it mostly works. The product itself is great but the app needs a lot of love.

Overall the app works well not really much complaints about it however now whenever you open the app you are locked into watching an Ad…. Which is ridiculous you pay at least a thousand dollars for one of their products then they hit you with more ads when you need to use the app to adjust settings.

If you change your phone you have to reinstall the app if not it’s not gonna get connected. Also I would like to customize more the dashboard.

App Is Garbage
This app is absolutely useless now. My Segway nine bot S does not connect to it anymore and I am unable to get updates via Bluetooth because the app will never connect to my Segway. From what I understand, Segway is on its way out so that makes sense, but it would be really nice if the people who already have one were able to utilize this app.
