Cant open it
Cant open the app after the update.
Not able to do the payment
Both Apple Pay and card payment failing. Not able to do the payment.
Complete Garbage - UAE Visitors Beware
I wanted to utilize this app to get my PCR testing appointments done ahead of time so I’d have less to worry about, but it’s entirely nonfunctional.
To begin with, the app crashes extremely frequently. Also as a visitor, you’re required to register with a UAE phone number beginning with +05, and it needs to match the format. Finally, the payment system doesn’t work with foreign credit cards — I tried multiple times over the course of a week and half.
Look up “24 Hour Drive-Thru PCR Tests” and use those instead. Bring your passport & address of current residence. Or you could take a gamble with the airport’s PCR tests. Good luck, travelers.

Contact number issues
As I’m a visitor from India I’m using my roaming number ... the site is not taking it & asking for valid contact number. How much more valid does it have to be ???
