Can't change phone number - no customer support

Title is self explanatory, iโ€™ve tried contacting customer support multiple times through the app and it seems like no one ever gets back to you.
This is absolutely frustrating as some of us do change contact numbers you know?!

App is simple but 0 customer service

The app doesnโ€™t have much information except it tracks your location but after I am done from isolation period I have been struggling with customer service to provide me with a letter to hand it over to my work that I was upset from work for ten days, but no one helped with this matter for two days and still waiting their response. Thanks for zero customer service.
