Can't change phone number - no customer support
Title is self explanatory, i’ve tried contacting customer support multiple times through the app and it seems like no one ever gets back to you.

App is simple but 0 customer service
The app doesn’t have much information except it tracks your location but after I am done from isolation period I have been struggling with customer service to provide me with a letter to hand it over to my work that I was upset from work for ten days, but no one helped with this matter for two days and still waiting their response. Thanks for zero customer service.

I keep uploading documents and it doesn’t seem to take them. Also cannot add certain information as requested

Let’s me update all my other personal info except for my phone number and provides no information about how to do this. Frustrating

Very confusing no ability to upload vaccination documents or test documents. Verification codes have no place to put numbers worst app I’ve ever used in my life and it all depends on me traveling tomorrow. Very frustrating

Not real time
It doesn’t show real time. Info is delayed. QuarantineD ends… certificate should be automatically issued after completing isolation.
Great tool for traveling
We unexpectedly tested positive in our pre departure test. This app is a life saver in understanding the process of departing the UAE if you test positive.

App has some bugs that make you add a date to you birth date to get the correct date.

All the information that’s is needed is there also daily updates and reminders of isolation days remaining. Very helpful
Keeps erasing my info
I'm having to keep taking a picture of my passport. Did it like 5 times until it finally worked. Tried opening the app again and all my info was missing and keeps asking me to take a pic of my passport 🤦🏻♂️. So frustrating
Just want to go home
Yesterday was my last day of isolation and I was expecting to see the day change when it turned midnight but it’s going on 2am and it still says 1 day left. It was 1 day left yesterday!

Lots of information
Unfortunately I didn’t log into the app the day I arrived. Now, a day later, I had to put in the incorrect travel date. Nobody checked to make sure I had the app loaded before leaving the airport.
Useless
The app is not user friendly at all, I used the chat with the Doctor portion of the app to request blood pressure medication since I was in quarantine and 10 hours later still no response
The app is super confusing and useless
So confusing. I had a couple of international flights during the past year during the pandemic and they all required to fill in the health/ safety app to prevent the spread of corona virus. They were ALL so straight forward and easy. However, this one is SO CONFUSING.
Difficult to use with errors
Difficult to understand how a tourist visiting should use it as required. No vaccination information involved with it. Confusing and frustrating and has errors where it won’t allow you to change dates on flights and visits.
Does not save info
Does not save requested information as an individual item and passport image. The information is deleted when no information is entered under the document request.
Site Needs some work
Like others, unable to update arrival date snd add scan of QR code…site gives missing data notice when scanning QR code’s for negative pcr test or vaccination record. Other page says ‘pending’. Just Hope there are no surprises at use immigration.
