"When was your last one?" It is the first thing your neurologist asks, and it is the question that decides whether you can drive. Most people answer it by guessing. So the app assumes the time is now, picks a type for you, and lets you press Save and put the phone down. Length, triggers and recovery time can be added later, when you are able.
