Perfect for Everyday Self-Care

This is the perfect app for calming down whenever I need it. I try to use Th Self-Care Institute’s app instead of social media. Dr. Ami has the perfect calming voice. Can’t recommend enough!

LOVE IT!

The Self-Care Institute app is incredibly beneficial and easy to use. The practices and meditations are thoughtful and very helpful. I use this app whenever I need some extra support. I highly recommend it!!
