Best storage unit ever
I had a lot of storages here in Atwater and they are very expensive especially for what you get at those other places you don’t ever talk to anybody there’s no personalization there’s nothing and so at this storage unit it’s the same thing except you get it for a lot cheaper because everything’s done kind of by yourself if you have a problem, they’re very quick to get back to you and fix the problem. It’s honestly one of the best Storage I’ve ever had.

Convenient app, but…
I wish it had more options. When submitting a payment it only lets you submit whatever the amount that’s due. If I want to pay, two separate payments using different payment methods, I can’t. It’s all or nothing!

I inputted all my information and still it would say access wrong which in fact it is right
Data entry
Mostly the form data entry works well (default capitalization, numbers) but does not make it clear that you must enter something for business name even if renting as an individual. I had to fill out 3 times before entering N/A in business name field.
Very frustrating. App should specify where error or missing data is needed, not just say that form is not correctly filled in.
