Lagging Playback
Terrible stuttering and lagging on the app screen when trying to play back any recordings made on my SENA 10c pro. (I have owned my 10c pro for about 3 years now)
This app was released years ago now. I have all ways kept the App updated and it’s been next to useless the whole time!
Compared to the App for my DJI Osmo action 5 camera it’s like the difference between a crayon drawing and a work of art.
Very disappointed with the SENA Camera App!

10C EVO doesn’t connect
I tough my 10c evo was getting fail because the camera does not connect the mobile, however, digging in for similar cases i found the problem is the application, this is a shame coming in from a valued brand and also for this “expensive” line of intercoms.
No idea what they’re talking about
I opened the app .. followed the instructions.. it connected with no issues to my 10c evo
It did freeze up when I tried to delete the first photo I took and I had to restart the app but connection and usability are fine really.. does what it says it does

Wi Fi Bağlantısı
Wi Fi ile bağlantı istemeden uygulamaya girmiyor. Ama zaten bunu sağlayamıyor. Acilen düzeltin lütfen
繋がらない
インカム（10C PRO）とiPhoneは繋がるのに、急にSena Cameraと繋がらなくなりました。
細かい設定ができなくなって困ってます。
サポートに問い合わせようと思い、必要事項を入力していてシリアルナンバーなどは「本体の裏側に記載」とあるのに書いていないので問い合わせができない。
決して安価な製品ではないので、サポートなどはしっかりとして頂きたいです。

Uygulama bazen açılmıyor. Wifi a bağlanmıyor. Acilen update lazım
Terrible App !
I had a SENA 10C for years with no problems the unit and camera worked off the same app. I bought a 50C to be able to communicate via mesh with my riding group. I can connect my 50C to my iPhone to adjust mesh & Bluetooth headset settings, but this app for changing camera settings never works!! I’ve tried changing the 5Ghz WiFi default to 2.4Ghz, still doesn’t work even though my 50C is connected to my phone. If I knew the 50C design was this bad before I bought it I would have saved money and bought the 50S without the camera.

Horrible App
The apps are the thing that stops this system from being more popular. It never connects, it take at least 15 mins constantly trying to connect. Not what you need when you have cops needing to see footage, or trying to see anything urgently, just doesn't happen. Fix the App !
50c bağlanma sorunu
50 c kullanıcısıyım. Kamera için ayrı kulaklık için ayrı proğram olması kötü. Telefon haricinde kamera açılmıyor wfiye bağlanmıyor zaten. aldığıma pişman oldum.
Sena 10C Pro
Impossible to connect to the phone (Iphone). App is total rubbish. Battery is weak and needs to be replaced as it doesn’t last as mentioned to. Camera switches itself off after short periods. Would consider alternatives if I new it’s so difficult to use viewing of recordings.

Die wifi Verbindung spinnt an dauernd. Bitte um Update . Seit dem Kauf ging es 2 mal . Hab iPhone 16 Pro . Bluetooth geht . Lautsprecher sind aber zu leise

An alle die sich mit der Verbindung der Kamera App zum Smartphone rumschlagen. Egal ob IOS oder Android…Erst am PC Firmware aktualisieren, dann die Kamera in den 2,4 GHz Modus wechseln. Dann dürfte es klappen

It DOES NOT CONNECT TO THE PHONE! Garbage! No matter how many times you try, there is no connecting the camera to your phone. Nothing on their websites for the camera app…or even viewing your videos! Horrible. No one to call.
