Avoid this company. The products are defective and customer service is awful. They do not seem to care about the customer at all. AVOID.
Half of the features
I’m not sure if this app has been trimmed down over time, or if the snowtalk 2 just doesn’t get all of the features. It’s useable, but there’s really no benefit to downloading the app outside of QR pairing. I was excited about the music control and individual volume settings. Neither of which seem to be included in the current app version. The only option in the app is “intercom”. I haven’t had the chance to try it yet, but hopefully the intercom works well. Otherwise I should have just gotten some Bluetooth headphones.

Lacks functions
The app lacks at least half of the functions in the pictures. Weak from such a big company that deals mainly in Bluetooth coms

App doesn't do what’s shown on the preview, except the following two - 1) pair with other device, which you can do without the app anyways 2) change default language … now you can hear the hello in different languages depends on your mood! Oh omg Yay! 🤣
