Please fix this app
This app hasn’t worked for a very long time. All I get is a blank white screen when I open it.
It used to work and I could get information on my account, but now it’s just non-functional.

Should be joined with all thier properties not each a sep log in. It crashes dosent work well and basically is the worst app of any casino just like thier cash and atm machines. Whoever is making these decisions should be and have been fired long ago

You would think that with the money a casino makes that they could afford to make a good app that might let their customers see what offers they have and be more inclined to visit. I guess they dont care? The main screen freezes upon opening the app, and sometimes its just a white screen. Its completely useless.

A short rude man asked my husband almost at the end of dinner to take off his military cap.This was the maitre’d. We have been coming there every year from Rochester since you opened. Btw on our way out a gentleman was wearing a Irish cap He wasn’t asked to remove his cap. This is last time we come to this restaurant. I would give this 5 stars except for this person you employ there.

Service not running
Trying to get a copy of my profit and loss statement but apparently the system is not running and I have to contact an administrator... this seems to be an ongoing issue with this app! Fix it!
