Customer service
I think its company has poor customer service when they can’t notify you that their app is no longer going to work or give you options.

Cannot log into account anymore. Security cameras useless now :(

Nothing works
It looks like the company is done. The servers have been offline for over a week now. Their store has been down since October 2025. Too bad. I found their lighting solutions handy.
An abandoned app
This app no longer works , if you are lucky to pair your camper good luck even creating an account and allowing it to store data . Because you won’t be able to play back videos just watch Live if you even get it to pair .
Oh and once it’s paired it will work once in a blue moon and the other times you will get an error “Failed to connect to server” if you purchased a product that works with this app and intend to use it then return it if you can and get a google camera instead .
