Customer service
I think its company has poor customer service when they can’t notify you that their app is no longer going to work or give you options.

It looks like the company is done. The servers have been offline for over a week now. Their store has been down since October 2025. Too bad. I found their lighting solutions handy.
An abandoned app
This app no longer works , if you are lucky to pair your camper good luck even creating an account and allowing it to store data . Because you won’t be able to play back videos just watch Live if you even get it to pair .
Oh and once it’s paired it will work once in a blue moon and the other times you will get an error “Failed to connect to server” if you purchased a product that works with this app and intend to use it then return it if you can and get a google camera instead .

Worst purchase
I bought this from Costco, used only for few weeks and the app crashed. I tried so many times to re setup but stuck on finalising the setup, almost an hour, but no success. Won’t recommend this product to anyone and the app is the worst one.

Bought 4 cameras and I can’t even sign up, a server error keeps coming up

I can’t write enough four letter words to describe my disappointment. I wish I could submit this without selecting a star.

We have been trying to reach this company and for whatever reason they have not been able to get through unfortunately we will have to cancel the service because of no service for a few weeks at least let the customers know the issues your company is having.
Amazing floodlight camera
Unfortunately Sengled app goes down and leaves customers without knowing why or when it will be up again!- I’ve been waiting for a month to hear why and when it will be back- leaving no choice but to move on to another company- as a paying member it has really horrible customer service- an automated response doesn’t answer questions- but if the app was running I’d stay with it… it’s good when it’s good

Loved this app at one time
Like others said one day it just stopped working. No email responses and updates available in years. Landscape or horizontal doesn’t even show you the entire view it’s a mess but my lights still turn on like clock work despite the app being completely blank and saying gateway error. I can’t adjust the time or view the camera but at least they are still turning on.

My app hasn’t been able to connect to the server for about a month now. I can’t get into my account to stop payments or even delete my account. Nothing with this app is working!
Bad gateway and time out
Not sure if they changed their apps. I can no longer log into my account with the app. There is a new app call Sengled home I might give that a try.

Company is out of business do not buy any more products.
Video no longer records
I have had my flood light camera for years just in the past month it quits recording. First time came back on after a week. This time won’t record. I’ve tried rebooting, unplugging. Nothing helps. I won’t be buying sengled again. I need to cancel my membership. So bummed.
Absent
Not only can you not buy the camera at a store anymore. The app has been left on auto pilot. I won’t even invest a small amount of money for cloud storage because I can’t effectively use the app. If you turn the phone on its side trying to get a full screen look it cuts half of the picture off. And now for some reason I have lost connection with the only two cameras I have hooked up.

Complete smoke and mirrors - THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT WORK ANYTHING CLOSE TO WHAT IT CLAIMS. Find another company, this one is dead. User support is nonexistent.
