The worst there is.
This is absolute the worst there is. Registering and when you log in no OTP/ verification code is ever received. You can complain no where and get no one to help you. Guess what I did. I just took my RM8000 and spent it with someone else. It’s useless how you have to struggle to spend your money in this time and day. On their app you cannot even follow up on your orders.

Login issues
Had been trying to log in for more than a week but keep on getting internal server error. Can’t even contact customer service to complain. I don’t know if anyone from the company will ever read this also.

Chat service is useless
Don’t bother downloading the app for the live chat service. Waited for a long time but no response from Sen Heng.

I think they should change the title name “slow chat”.... texted for service enquiry and waited a day still no replies...
Awfully need more work
Deleted it after minutes of installing it. Too many glitches that you dont even want to deal with it.
