Good but lags sometimes

Absolutely awful on mobile
Message previews will appear in the notifications, but if you want to see up to date messages in the app, you better be prepared to wait at least 5 minutes for it to load.
Keyboard lag is also a consistent issue within the app, just a complete headache to use, especially since I use this for work!!

Horrible for mobile app
If I could give a negative star I would. A couple examples:
1. When a new message pops up on phone screen, I’ll unlock phone to review and respond and the message is gone and most recent messages shown are from the 12+ hours ago typically.
2. When I search a contact to message, it might find them after you’ve spelled out nearly there entire name, but only for a split second, then their name disappears too and suggests anyone else except them.

Do you guys have a way to create a group and just text that group?
Constantly fighting to stay logged in
Constantly logged out of the app. Every time i go to log back in all it says is something went wrong try again later. This happens every other day if not more often. Pretty hard to consistently stay in communication with people when you can’t even use the app.
App is so glitchy
It was working fine but now I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling it for it to even open and work.

Awful app. Awful customer support, constant issues with logging in.

Apple updated their phones. You clearly didn't get the memo. Your platform is horrible enough but getting a blank screen when I try to open the app, twice, is not gonna cut it. God I can't wait for our company to dump you guys!
Not reliable
This is the worst for reliability. Doesn’t load. Logs me out randomly and then won’t let me back in. It’s slow. It has so many glitches. Terrible.
Rarely Works
This is the single worst app I’ve ever tried to use. It rarely functions. Can’t sign in half the time. When I can finally sign, it doesn’t load texts properly. TERRIBLE

Great app and very easy to use. Integrates to my ATS so my admin tasks at the end of the night are minimal now. I primarily am always texting candidates and am very impressed this app is unlimited texting! Very easy to hop in and out of inboxes too to track my teams work.
Best recruiter app
Sense is the most useful tool for recruiting I use and the mobile app is no different. I probably text with it 50 times a day to reach my candidates and get fast responses. Smooth and easy to use.
