Glitchy
This app is very glitchy! The old version was better. Somehow, I got locked out of the old version and IT instructed me to download this app. Since using this one, my calls have a delay. When I try to answer inbound calls it hangs up. Also, I can’t put it on speaker until the person actually picks up now.

Unable to open the app
This is the one of the worst mobile app I have used so far. It takes forever to launch and for last 10 days app is not even opening.
Terrible
So slow. Keeps on crashing. So clunky. You answer a call, and it takes 20+ seconds to get connected, at which point the other person has put down. 1/5.
Nobody can hear me
Tried reinstalling the app, checked microphone access settings but nobody I call through this app can hear a thing. My phone works just fine on normal calls. Useless.
WORST APP/PROGRAM
This app (and their computer/online version) is HORRIFIC! Would not recommend to any company. So unreliable, calls drop, app only works 75% of the time and will not let you sign in the other 25%, texts don’t go through sometimes, other times, you receive a text and don’t know about it until 1+ week because you never receive a notification and/or the text doesn’t appear until some random day/time, but shows the original date/time that it was sent to you. I could go on and on….
