Very very buggy
We have been using this app for several years hoping that it would be improved because it integrates with our CRM. Notifications are lousy, you will miss timely SMS messages because there isn’t a good push notification alert. If you read a message on one device it looks like a new message on your other devices. So many basic problems.

Clunky & Doesn’t Always Work
I’ve had multiple instances where I just can’t call someone and the icon to initiate the call just sits there. I’m on a new iPhone & it’s this way, QA needs to work on this before I change my mind on how this app works.
Horrible
This app is awful. Our company uses it now and clients can’t hear, bad connection, phone cuts in and out, there’s a bad delay with every call, always have issues transferring calls. Can’t check voicemails. Can’t text. Can’t transfer while on the app itself and only through the computer. Software issues where my own extension calls myself when I’m trying to call customers. Constantly working with support to solve issues and now I have to uninstall and reinstall it for the second time.

Great For Work
It has been great to use through the app on my phone and on my computer. It’s annoying that you can’t stay logged in to more than 1 device or all devices start ringing. I do like that it logs every action and works with our daily recruiting software.
Joke of a program
Constantly having to redial because the service is piss poor and clients can’t hear, always freezes up, when you try to transfer calls it just hangs up with looks terrible to clients! Great idea of a program but the terrible execution makes it completely not worth it. On a program that already doesn’t work, it’s ridiculous you have to delete the app and download it again just got it to be able to make/answer calls
