Connection issues
Every time that we use it, it doesn’t seem to track both the heart rate and the oxygen levels. Majority of the time it’s one or the other but never both and it’s raer to have both reading. It also loses connection throw out the night. I really want to love this product please fix the connection.
Peace of mind
We take this traveling and it’s me peace enough to rest. We have used this brand since 2023 and love it

i have used this app since i received the item it’s very easy to use and works well with a good connection and or wifi that’s good of course. The sense u sock with the long base works wonders if you have a home that’s 2-3 story’s or less.

Update broke my connection
Ever since the update I can’t access my app on any devices now, just says session has expired. It is giving me notifications but you can’t click on them and access the app to see what is going on.

It’s great for anxious parents like myself, I wish it was WiFi connected instead of Bluetooth though

I like the product, the connection seems to cut in and out sometimes, but overall gives me peace of mind
Lagging can be annoying
Overall Sense-U is a good purchase. It has given us so much peace of mind. However, my app can tend to lag and take awhile to load. My husband has an android and his app works better. It could be some Apple glitches.
Great until new update
We have the diaper clip monitor. Not sure why they felt the need to change the light system turning on or off, as now the green light flashes and is very unclear for status turning on or off.
Furthermore, the new firmware seems to not be tracking baby movement and breathing properly. It states baby is on back when she’s clearly on her side, and the clip was fully off of her and I had no breathing alert detected or alarmed. Not great at all and please reverse whatever update was pushed.

Owlet is better
Never easily connects, doesn’t track babies sleep well, feel like it doesn’t work unless phone is open in the app. Owlet is better, wish I could return and get the owlet

It would be nice if there was a setting so I could save my babies sleep trends longer than a month. You could make it a setting that she’s how long to store information. Option could include (don’t save, 7 days, 30 days, or all)
Connection issue
Will not let me login or even view the website as it seems to be down also. I am left completely unable to use my baby monitor with no way to connect to support to try and fix it.
Unreliable useless piece of junk
Worked for 3 days then disconnected in the middle of use and never alerted to having been disconnected. So you think you have a monitor but you don't. Unsafe unreliable piece of garbage, DO NOT BUY, IT DOES NOT WORK

Disappointed
I’ve had this sock for almost three months, and it used to work perfectly. However, ever since the latest update, it constantly says “reposition.” I’ve tried different socks, cleaned it, disconnected it, and reinstalled it. I even spoke to customer service, but they only offered a $30 refund. That’s not the point; they said it’s because the baby moves well. Of course, the baby moves, but that doesn’t mean the sock shouldnt reconnect after she stops.

Not worth it
I got it as a gift, and though I’m truly grateful for the lovely lady spending money for me I feel guilty she spent her money on such a sucky product. It doesn’t really do its job or ever connect. It lets me view my baby, but that’s about it. I will say it is durable though, and in a pinch it does work. I bought the membership stupidly enough and that didn’t make it any better, and suddenly I didn’t have any recorded activity which was unfortunate that I spent my money on literally nothing.
