Avoid them at all cost
This is supposed to be a luxury shopping app, but it is too buggy to use compares to others. I just use the website instead. And the shipping process is a total nightmare, moreover, they have FEEs everywhere, so you better make sure the item you bought you will keep forever, otherwise, not even worth the trouble or money. Lastly, all products were procured from boutiques all over the world then get routed to HK then to customers, some will take weeks, if not over a month. and you will NOT be notified if there is any delay. And their price is not that much different from other platforms. the quality is questionable as well, overall, never again.

Verified Senser is charging me a fees after they messed up my order
March 24, 2026 update.
After many emails back and forth and Senser's refusal to send me its corporate office information that is required by Texas laws, and after they refused to provide proof the Prada loafers were real, Senser said they would not charge me a restocking fee for the Prada loafers, however they are still attempting to charge me restocking fee fir the Valentino jacket that they refuse to authenticate.
Senser is doing business in the state of Texas and scamming Texas customers in violation of Texas and federal laws. I have filed complaints with my bank and won. I am now filing complaints with my Attorney General and the Feds. Corporate greed is over. If anyone else feels the items they received are fake or were sent the wrong items or sizes and then charged fees to return, file complaints in your states. Protect yourself and others. Any platform including Trust Pilot that doesn't call companies like Senser out needs to be looked at as well. Misrepresentation/fraud and then taking money from innocent customers is theft. Period.
