They hold the deposits of guardians for forever
This is a review of sentry guardians rather their app.
I have an ongoing dispute with Sentry Guardians because they holding 20 plus guardian’s deposits for months, we talking about cases where no damages done to the rooms. Absolutely preposterous. When I sent them a formal Demand for repayment of deposit letter as a first step of taking this issue to court, they came up with a deduction of £98 for something not mentioned in the License agreement we had. Therefore, I am taking this to court.
Frankly, I would have let this go if they weren’t incredibly hostile to all of us from day one.
Anyway, I am going to court now.
I would not recommend Sentry guardians under any circumstances.
